Screen Printing Inks

Maraflex FX

Marabu's solution for single- and multilayered identity cards. It is very flexible and has an excellent laminating ability.

Glass Ink GL

A solvent-based, two-component ink for printing onto glass, metal, and coated surfaces. Oven drying at 140°C for 30 min after printing increases the mechanical as well as chemical resistances considerably.

Maragloss GO

A universal, glossy, and very flexible ink. Due to its wide substrate range it is suitable for all common substrates used in graphical screen printing (except polystyrene).

Mara Glow GW

The three Mara Glow GW colours base on a low odour binding system with different pigment qualities and phosphorescent durations.
For increased resistances or outdoor use, two varnishes are available as protective coating.

Librastar HF

The opaque, glossy, and fast drying Librastar HF is especially suited to decorate all kinds of electronic goods or toys. All colour shades are halogen-free. Can be used as pad or screen printing ink.

Libragloss LIG

A solvent-based, very universal screen printing ink for a multitude of substrates. It excels through its outstanding printability and very good mesh opening. Through the mild solvents it exhibits a very mild odour and is suited for crack sensitive plastics.

Libramatt LIM

A matt ink with very mild odour, outstanding printability, and suitable for a wide range of substrates. Including an offset base and a blocking silver for double-sided stickers.

Libraprint LIP

A universal ink, suitable for all typical substrates used in graphical screen printing. The LIP range contains a further 4-colour process set, suitable for vacuum forming and with higher colour density

Libraspeed LIS

Perfectly suited ink system for backlit advertisement. The LIS colour range convinces through very good vacuum formability and suitability for long-term outdoor use.

Maralox LX

Modern 1-component ink system, ideally suited for coated substrates, numerous plastics, as well as some metals. Can be used in screen as well in pad printing.

Marachrome MC

A press-ready, solvent-based silver bronze which - printed onto the reverse side of a substrate - achieves high-quality mirror, chrome, and metallic effects.

Maraglass MGL

A solvent-based, two-component screen printing ink for indoor decoration prints onto glass, metal, ceramics, chrome-plated, and coated surfaces. If a high chemical or water resistance is required the printed ink film must be tempered for 30 min at 140°C.

Maraplak MM

Deep-matt and high-opaque with very mild solvents, Maraplak MM is perfectly suited for art printing, but also for printing onto candles, canvas, polystyrene, and wood.

Maramold MPC

Particularly suited for the decoration of products which are post-processed with the IMD (Inmold Decoration) technology. This requires a high resistance to temperatures as well as a good flexibility of the ink.

Maraswitch MSW

Excellently suited for the printing of front panels and membrane switches, high-quality flat key pads, as well as further operational control panels.

Marapoly P

An all-round 2-component, highly resistant screen printing ink with a wide field of use. Can also be used as protective varnish on 1-component ink systems and is suitable for long-term outdoor use.

Maraplan PL

A solvent-based and perfectly suited ink for the decoration of tarpaulins and banners made of soft PVC. Can also be used for rollers or injectors through subsequent dilution.

Maraprop PP

Particularly suited for printing onto untreated and pre-treated polypropylene such as materials for tarpaulins, labels, and foamed sheets.

Marapur PU

A highly resistant, 2-component ink for interior and outdoor use. Emphasis is laid on the very high chemical and mechanical resistance to nearly all different kinds of fillers and other stresses.

Marapol PY

Excels through a flexible ink film which allows further steps in processing such as chamfering, cutting and grooving in the printed ink film. Due to its very high opacity, Marapol PY can be directly printed onto dark substrates.

Maraspeed SL

A solvent-based 1-component screen printing ink with fast drying and high block resistance, especially for fast running fully automatic or cylinder machines. Excellent results in multi colour printing.

Marastar SR

The optimal ink for highest demands on gloss, resistance to outdoor use and chemical resistance, for example to petrol and cleaning agents on plastics. For long-term outdoor use, the colour range is completed by 8 additional shades with best fade resistance.

Maraflor TK

The highly fade resistant pigmentation allows printing of blinds and sunshades for long-term outdoor use. Further substrates: Casual jackets, sports bags, sailing fabrics or work clothes made of many different materials.

Marasign TS

Marasign TS is a high-quality, 2-component screen printing ink, approved for the manufacture of durable traffic signs.

Ultragraph UVAR

Through the extremely broad substrate range, Ultragraph UVAR is exceedingly versatile and a universal all-rounder for critical indoor as well as outdoor applications. 

Ultraboard UVBR

Highly reactive for printing onto displays and packaging for indoor use, suitable for single and multi-colour presses. Very good dot definition and homogenous ink flow also on absorbent surfaces.

Ultrapack UVC

Direct container or flatbed label printing -Ultrapack UVC convinces through fast curing, good water and filling resistance, as well as its universal suitability for a wide range of substrates.

Ultradisc UVCD

A high-gloss and press-ready UV-curable ink for optical disc (CD, CD-ROM, CD-R and DVD). The thixotropic adjustment minimizes smearing and smudging when printing finest details.

Ultraflex UVF

A high gloss and very flexible UV ink - important for die-cutting and embossing in the printed ink film. For this often used on flexible and soft substrates such as self-adhesive foils or soft PVC. 

Ultraform UVFM

The most important features of Ultraform UVFM are high flexibility and fade resistance: It is vacuum formable, very good on elastic and soft materials and our best UV ink for outdoor use.

Ultrapack UVFP

UV-curable screen printing ink for Food Packaging. By virtue of its low migration formulation, Ultrapack UVFP minimizes the risk of subsequent transfer from the outer decoration into the content. Its contents fully compliy with the EuPIA Photoinitiator Suitability List 1A as well as the Swiss Ordinance on Material and Articles in Contact with Food (SR 817.023.21.).

Ultraglass UVGL

The UV-curable, 2-component Ultraglass UVGL requires no additional post baking while guaranteeing highest resistances. This reduces energy and investment costs and provides efficient production through high production speeds.

Ultraglass UVGO

Ultraglass UVGO is heavy metal-free, saves energy through considerably reduced drying temperatures and offers an almost unlimited range of highly brilliant colour shades.

Ultrapack UVK+

Highly resistant and fast curing UV-curable ink system for prints onto 3-D objects made of pre-treated PE/PP. The ink film´s adhesion properties as well as the high degree of gloss are insensitive to climatic conditions such as heat and humidity. 

Braille Varnishes UVLB

UV-curable varnishes for the print of tactile prints (braille), characterised by extremely high ink deposits with constant ink film thickness and very good edge definition.

UV Gloss Varnishes UVLG

High gloss UV printing varnishes for full print area or spot varnishing of screen and offset prints. All of them are characterized by their individual benefits and suitability for different application fields.

UV Matt and Special Varnishes UVLM/UVLS

Three UV Special Varnishes with different transparency levels and surface structures. All of them are characterized by their individual benefits and suitability for different application fields.

Ultradisc UVOD

Optical disc ink, suitable for all current known formates, fulfilling the highest demands in Optical Disc Printing. The low radial deviation values also guarantee first-class results for the high definition format Blu-ray.

Ultraset UVOS

Offset Ink for OD Combination Presses. A waterless offset 4-colour process set for the decoration of CDs, DVDs, and other disc formats, developed for wet-on-wet but also for wet-on-dry printing with modern screen and offset combination presses.

Ultraplus UVP

A highly cross-linked UV-curing screen printing ink with very good adhesion on different plastics. Main benefits are very high chemical and mechanical resistance of the printed ink film, especially if adhesion modifier is added.

Ultrapack UVPK

As an ink for container printing, UVPK is highly reactive for fast running machines and provides high-opaque colour shades for printing onto coloured substrates.  Especially for water storage, the high resistance can be further increased by the addition of adhesion modifier.

Ultragraph UVPOS

Perfectly suited for the creation of various types of "Point-of-Sale" products made of corrugated plastic sheets (e.g. PE/PP/PVC), like wall-mounted, hanging, or stand-up promotional displays.

UltraRotaScreen UVRS

Especially developed for rotary label printing machines with stencils from Gallus (Screeny®) and StorkScreens (Rotamesh®). Especially suited for combination printing with UV letterpress and UV offset.

Ultrastar UVS

The main use is concentrated on self-adhesive foils with high flexibility of the printed ink film, high chemical resistance to different fillers, high mechanical resistance to abrasion, and good weather resistance for outdoor use as well.

UltraRotaScreen UVSF

The silicone-free UVSF was especially developed for combined UV rotary screen/UV flexo presses. It excels through optimum flow and ensures an outstanding compatibility with the overprinted flexo printing ink.

Ultrastar-M UVSM

Highly matte and universally suitable for graphical and industrial screen printing, very good adhesion on a variety of plastics. Also used in the flatbed label printing segment. 

Ultragraph UVSP

UVSP is highly reactive and first choice for modern, large format multi colour presses as well as older curing units with limited UV output, and this with outstanding printability and block resistance.

Ultraswitch UVSW

In a segment which is dominated by solvent-based ink systems, UVSW offers all benefits of the UV chemistry: Unlimited mesh opening, constant colour accuracy, higher production speeds, etc.

Marapoxy Y

Especially developed for printing onto bottle crates made of PE or PP. The high chemical resistance of Marapoxy Y easily enables customary cleaning of bottle crates before they are newly filled.
