Ultradisc UVCD

Ultradisc UVCD is a high-gloss and press-ready UV-curing screen printing ink for optical disc (CD, CD-ROM, CD-R and DVD). The thixotropic adjustment of the ink minimizes smearing and smudging when printing finest details and prevents penetration of the ink when the press is standing still, having a very good ink levelling at the same time. All PANTONE ink formulas are elaborated on the silver-coloured CD substrate and saved in the Marabu-ColorManager MCD. As a second 4 colour process set we are offering UVCD 428 Yellow, UVCD 438 Magenta, UVCD 458 Cyan and UVCD 488 Black. These four new shades show different densities and a better transparency compared with the standard Euro shades.
